all four of these can always be found in my pantry!
the perfect mexican stuffed pepper.
[that's actually kinda healthy!]
1lb ground turkey
1 can black beans - rinsed/drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn - rinsed/drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 small onion - diced
handful of cheese
hollow the peppers out and place them in the crock pot!
mix up the ground turkey [yes, raw], beans, tomatoes & corn.
fill up the peppers!
pour the tomato sauce all around [you could really get by with only using half of the sauce]
cook: low 8hrs
top them bad boys with a handful of cheese right at the end
