kullen's superhero party!

i feel like i do this way too often - not take enough pictures. we were so busy partying that i hardly had my camera - or my phone - makes me so sad but at least we'll have the memories! :)

medieval times

last wednesday we took a trip to Medieval Times!

i was lucky enough to win 2 tickets to that nights show through a FB contest! 

(if not for winning, we'd probably never go! haha)

it was me and rhys' very first time ever!! - adam had went as a kid and kullen went last year with his grandma and cousins! 

since we didn't have to fork out the $115 for our tickets - we decided to treat the boys to swords of their own!

even though our knight didn't win ... our side did. and it was fun watching and cheering for all the knights!

kullen turns 4

 after breakfast, we went to the national zoo! :)

 then we came home to dada and gave kullen his awesome birthday present ;)

 safe to say ... he loves it.

*disclaimer - this is the first REAL birthday gift that we've gotten him. so we justified 'splurging' on it. we usually just get him little things - like a matchbox car or something that cost less than $20!!*

for real? FOUR!!!

we are spending the day at the zoo to celebrate! followed by pizza & ice cream with family! 

i'll do a more detailed post later (hopefully) but for now ... enjoy a few stats about my big FOUR year old!
